Payment Terms
We realise that most individuals and small businesses don't need or want large call out chargers or hidden fees. This is why we have tried to make our charges as clear and fair as possible.This means:
- No call out fees for local visits (see map below)
- One hour minimum charge (£45 per hour) and £45 per hour there after
- Flat rate £45 call out charge for non local visits (see map below) and £45 per hour thereafter (minimum 1 hour charge)
- All parts and fitting chargers agreed up front
- All labour charges agreed before leaving or billing
If you live within the red shaded area then there is NO call out charge for having Doctor Happy Mac visit you. If you live In the orange area (B) then there will be a £45 call out fee, while if you live in the yellow area © the call out fee is £60. If you live off the map completely then a call out fee or mileage charge will be levied by arrangement.
Weekends/Out of hours - Sometimes you just need your Mac back NOW! While 95% of people can wait for a working day appointment, we do offer a weekend and/or out of hours call out service for emergencies. In these cases we charge a small supplement of £15 over our normal charges.
(weekends = Saturday, Sunday and public holidays other than Christmas day, out of hours = appointments scheduled for after 6.00 Monday to Friday)
