Payment Terms
We realise that most individuals and small businesses don't need or want large call out chargers or hidden fees. This is why we have tried to make our charges as clear and fair as possible.This means:
- No call out fees for local visits (see map below)
- One hour minimum charge (£45 per hour) and £45 per hour there after
- Flat rate £45 call out charge for non local visits (see map below) and £45 per hour thereafter (minimum 1 hour charge)
- All parts and fittng chargers agreed up front
- All labour charges agreed before leaving or billing
If you live withinth eshaed area then there is NO call out charge for having Doctor Happy Mac visit you. If you live outside the shaded area then a £45 call out fee will be payable. If you live off the map completely then a call out fee or milage charge will be levied by arrangment.
